Based in their Milton Keynes head office this exciting opportunity has arisen due to extensive expansion and current growth plans.

The successful applicant will report directly into the Managing Director, this permanent vacancy offers a genuine opportunity to be part of the Senior Management Team of an entrepreneurial business. Our client is offering great training with extensive progression whilst working on multiple challenging and interesting residential projects based in Milton Keynes Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas.

About the role:

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting on multiple fast turnaround projects across prime locations delivering the highest specification finishes

Pre and post project pricing

Site meetings

Quotations for sub-contractors

On-site measurements

contract management

Cost / budget management and associated tasks

The role will also include mentoring of a junior QS on a day-to-day basis

The successful applicant:

Relevant experience procuring and evaluating build costs for projects from £50,000 up to £3m

Based locally to Milton Keynes/ Bedford

Full Driving Licence

Ideally hold a relevant degree Quantity Surveying or similar

Must be seeking a long-term role
