Freelance Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering – High Speed 2 – Aylesbury – Outside IR35

The Company

* A large reputable contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on some change management of High Speed 2.

The Role

* A superb opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work in civils daily rate will reflect experience for a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

* Exciting opportunity increase your experience with a great contractor and progression within a successful company.

* Specifically, we need someone to process change.

* The employment status will be based on an individual assessment.

The Candidate

Key attributes of the candidate include:

* Job stability with a history of working for Main Contractors on large civils projects.

* Experience with NEC

* Experience managing change.

* Able to work on you own.

* Able to work from home or commute to Aylesbury

* Organised, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

* Can adapt to different tasks quickly, efficiently and confidently

The candidate must have recent experience as a Change Quantity Surveyor in the UK.
The client will interview next week and can start at a week’s notice.
