Fawkes and Reece are assisting in the search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a Nationwide house builder, with a local office in the Milton Keynes area.

They believe there homes stand the test of time, as they use high quality materials and eco friendly appliances. Considering every detail and allowing their customers to bespoke the finer details.

The company has been running for over 60 years and seek member of the team who has drive and ambition and will take pride in their work and has ambition to grow with the company.

They are looking for a Senior Surveyor or a Quantity Surveyor who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for managing projects up to circa £20 million, and working with the wider commercial team. You will also have an assistant working with you.

You will ideally have at least 3 years as a Quantity Surveyor if looking to progress, or recently been made Senior Surveyor. Be able to run your own jobs from ground to complete and ideally from a strong developer or residential background.

In return you will receive a package of £65,000 + Car allowance and benefits.
