We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a luxury developer working on a large, exciting new scheme in Buckinghamshire.

The scheme this would be working on is set to produce 4000 new homes, all different dwelling types and tenures, 3 primary schools and a community hub providing a range of every day uses that will serve the community.

This role would ideally suit someone whose worked in a QS role for a Groundworker and looking to make the transition into housebuilding.

Must have a recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying.
