Are you an experienced and successful Senior Quantity Surveyor, looking for a new challenge? Are you experienced running £20m+ projects Commercially? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the Milton Keynes area. Our client is one of the UK's leading construction groups. Typically, their projects range in value from £5m to £50m, with the odd exception. They consistently work in a large array of sectors, including High Rise Accommodation, Defense, Health & Education.

The successful candidate will have a proven background within Quantity Surveying. Experience of working on high projects of £20m+ in value. You will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building projects. This role is to Commercially manage a £50m Project in Milton Keynes.

Responsibilities include:

Submission of CVR's
Cash management and maximisation
Cash flow and turnover forecast
Completion of valuations, variations and final accounts
Sub-Contract and design procurement
Sub-Contract payments, variations and final accounts
