Senior Quantity Surveyor – Top 10

Quantity Surveyor – a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team delivering projects across the East & South Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on large-scale projects ranging from £5m to £60m.

Key Duties:
– Commercial lead on the company's 'key projects'
– Management and development of the team
– Client valuation and variation accounts
– Procure & manage sub-contractors

Salary & Package:
– Basic salary of £56,000 – £62,000 (Nego)
