Fawkes and Reece are honoured to assist in the search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a Regional Developer, with the hiring office located in the Milton Keynes area.

They believe their homes stand the test of time, as they use high quality materials and eco friendly appliances. Considering every detail and allowing their customers to bespoke the finer details.

The company has been running for over 60 years with approx. £250million annual turnover. They have developments currently across Bedford, Northampton and Buckinghamshire. The sites are generally new and traditional build housing. Though also have small concrete blocks.

They have instructed us to seek a new member for the team who has drive and ambition to grow with the company and who will take pride in their work.

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can step in and hit the ground running. You will be responsible for managing projects up to 800 units, and working with the wider commercial team. depending on the project allocated to you will mean you have an Assistant Surveyor working with you.

You will ideally have at least 10 years working in Commercial Construction. You will be able to run your own jobs from ground to complete and ideally from a strong Developer and residential background.
