Utilise your extensive civil and Infrastructure experience

Redfish Infrastructure are a strategic recruitment partner of a leading Tier 1 main contractor with a strong order book of major infrastructure projects.

Due to successful tendering they are increasing staff levels. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver the construction of a range of highway improvements.

This role willinitially involve pre-construction tendering activities quickly followed by delivery of projects £20M to £60M. Ideally you will live in Beds, Bucks, N'hants or Herts and be open to reasonable travel committments.

Main Duties;

* Take project from pre-construction to completion

* Build, develop, support and maintain the team.

* Build and maintain a good relationship with the client and all external parties

* Deliver the works safely

* Manage and control changes to scope, requirements, personnel etc

* Monitor progress against cost plans, programmes and quality/environmental plans

* Contribute to our recognition within the industry

It essential you have a comprehensive background on Highway Improvement schemes working with Highways England and councils.
