Our client are a growing successful civil engineering contractor with a huge order book in highways and rail. They have an enviable cash position and operate with no debt. They have a secure workload and excellent order book for 2021 with long term frameworks in addition to work on HS2. They are seeking a Senior Civils Estimator to price schemes up to £50m in value. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Preparation and submission of competitive tenders

* Attending post tender meetings with clients to agree scope of works

* Attending bid team meetings

* Exploring opportunities for innovation and value engineering

To be considered you'll:

* Have a background with a recognised civils contractor in a similar role

* Have a BSc/HNC (or equivalent) in civil engineering

* Ideally have site experience prior to moving into estimating
