One of the largest residential developers in the UK with endless NHBC awards are looking to appoint an Estimator to join the Commercial team in their regional offices based in the Northern Home Counties.

This role is crucial to the successful delivery of the region's developments and is the integral connection between the Technical and Production teams to build high quality homes.

You will be responsible for setting the foundations for future commercial processes and it will suit applicants who are detail orientated and analytical in terms of their approach.

Duties
· Provide information for land purchase exercise
· Liaise with the other departments to calculate all the costs on current/future developments in the region.
· Complete the land purchase exercise for presentations
· Report on savings and excesses against the approved and previous land purchase exercise
· Input and maintain any computer based estimating databases or systems.

It would be ideal if you have experience within a similar role within the house building industry and have ideally worked for a residential developer or contractor previously as a good knowledge of Building regulations and current NHBC requirements would be of real benefit to this position.
