Fawkes and Reece are actively looking for a Senior Site Manager to become a part of a strong team for one of our most recognised main contractors.

My client is looking for a Senior Site Engineer, with 5+ years experience with steel frame setting out and industrial experience, who has a great eye for detail and a driven personality to match. There is also a great upcoming pipeline of work that has no sign of slowing down.

The value of the projects that the successful candidate will be looking after will be between £2M – £10M all across North London/Buckinghamshire. My client prides themselves on their great client relationship skills and the successful candidate will need to ne client facing and pro-active.

You will be acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives. set out, level and survey the site. check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. Also ensuring that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.

Role requirements:

. SMSTS
. CSCS Card
. First Aid
. Steel Frame/industrial experience
. 5+ Years Senior Site Engineer experience
. Extensive setting out, level & survey experience
