Senior Engineer

New Build Industrial Scheme

Salary up to £65,000 plus package

My client, a rapidly growing and multi award winning main contractor, who have seen exponential growth through 2021 and forecast even higher into 2022, have secured another project for a new client in Milton Keynes and as such, are looking to recruit the best best people within the industry to join their highly successful regional team.

After constantly delivering schemes at the highest level for over 10 years, there is certainly no slow down for my client and the growth potential within the business really is limitless.

On this £14m scheme, my client are wanting a Senior Engineer who will be responsible for:

Overseeing the Site Engineers within the region
Attending pre contract meetings with the Clients and the Senior Management Team
Assisting the Project Managers with their day to day running of their sites
Be responsible for a £14m scheme with multiple units
Training and developing junior engineers
Providing technical assistance to the project team where required
Coordinating the technical aspects of package handovers when required
QA where required
Checking the accuracy of sub-contractors work where required
Requirements

Must have major project and earthworks experience
Must have experience as a Senior Engineer with experience of managing site engineers
Live within a commutable distance to Milton Keynes
Available to start in March 2022
