SCM/CM role – Milton Keynes

I have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager in Milton Keynes. The company that I am representing is a well respected consultancy that is taking off and winning multiple new projects – including some of the south easts most unique and prestigious projects in the Commercial/Industrial/Retail sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide a comprehensive, accurate and cost-effective service for clients.
Assist in the management of services on individual projects at team level, and manage at individual level, to ensure that the overall service is comprehensive, accurate, in budget, completed on time and profitable whilst exceeding the expectation of the client.
Assist in the management of the team and resources ensuring effective briefing to ensure roles, responsibilities and timescales are understood.
Identify marketing opportunities and in liaison with the Directors, and/or line manager, and business development, follow up potential clients and contacts to develop new business.
Maintain good relationships with both immediate and end customers and provide a professional, premium quality service to the construction industry.
Seek to achieve the highest standards of excellence in all areas whether it is personal and professional, administrative, or technical expertise
