A multi-disciplinary consultancy are seeking an experienced Senior to Associate level Town Planner to join their team based in Milton Keynes area. Offering a wide range of services including land, property and agricultural sectors.

As part of the dedicated Town Planning team you will be involved in projects from beginning through to completion and utilising your previous experience within planning. You will be working with planning applications, appraisals and appeals on projects ranging from small-scale residential large-scale projects including land promotion.

The role of Senior / Associate Town Planner can offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work on an exciting range of projects within rural, land and property. You will have opportunities to develop your professional career within the business whilst upholding their great reputation.

Senior / Associate Town Planner Position Overview

Working on a range of projects and adapting to suit
Communicating directly and working closely with clients
Attending site visits and client meetings as required
Offering planning advice and guidance

Senior / Associate Town Planner Position Requirements

Degree qualified within relevant subject
MRTPI Chartership achieved
Minimum of 4 years' experience within the industry
Experience in land promotion and rural planning beneficial
Full clean driver's license

Salary based on experience level
