Senior Architectural Technologist/Technician

Salary – £30,000-£45,000

Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be supporting this well-established practice, currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated Architectural Technician to join their team.

work across a range of sectors, taking a sustainable approach to each design. You will be expect to be a project runner on a number of Residential projects.

It would be essential to have experience with project running and be confident to work independently.

My client work on ArchiCad. However, full-training can be provided.

Skills / qualifications for this Role.

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficient in ArchiCad (Desirable)
5+ years' experience.
Job running and delegationKey jobs duties for this Role.

Liaising with clients in regards to their specifications, wants and needs
Producing conceptual designs to present to clients
Developing specifications and tender documentation
Ensuring the checklist is compiled for the tender packs
Development of planning scheme into detailed construction drawings
Working alongside the local authorities regarding the planning conditions
