Our client, a leading company that specialise in the design of outdoor leisure facilities require an Sales Support Administrator to join them in Milton Keynes. If successful, you will be joining a small team and assist with administrator duties for the wider team.
Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in the construction industry within a Sales support role. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is required. In addition, a good understanding of CRM systems alongside the ability to undertake and coordinate multiple administration tasks.
Administrator Position Overview
Raise purchase orders for items required by the commercial team
Raise and print delivery notes
Produce invoices and send to customers
Log payments and update statements for customers
Loading supply only orders & emailing order confirmations to customer
Liaison with European based factory, freight forwarding partners and customers on delivery queries
Updating internal tender monitoring board using Excel
Administrator Position Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Worked within the construction industry previously
Capable of taking initiative and developing solutions
Flexible and enthusiastic, self-starter who is keen to progress
Enjoy working as part of a team in the Milton Keynes office
Strong attention to detail
IT Skills, MS Office and good working knowledge of Word and Excel
Administrator Position Remuneration
Salary: £22k to £25k DOE
5 hours a week (Monday – Friday, 1-hour lunch break)
Open to part time worker
25 days' holiday + BH (after probation)
