Regional Health and Safety Manager – £60k – £66k plus a Company Car + 10% Bonus + Private Medical Care for you and your family + 14 % Pension Scheme + 25 days plus Bank Holidays –

With the role currently being based from home covering across the South. Our client is looking for a Regional Health & Safety Manager to maintain standards in an established business that holds strong integral values and a fantastic reputation. Reporting directly into the Head of Safety, this operational and strategic role can be a thrilling opportunity for a passionate, innovative and focused senior safety professional to work within a successful and well operated business and have the opportunity to be involved in future infrastructure planning and Major Projects.
Key responsibilities of the Regional Health & Safety Manager are:
* Ensuring safe working practises on the projects
* Attending governance meetings
* Working closely with Clients on the projects
* Managing the project Health & Safety Manager and further team
* Implementing innovative ways in which to develop safety
* Implementing business units H&S strategy
The successful Regional Health & Safety Manager must hold:
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
* Proven experience working within the Utilities, Civil Engineering or Highways sectors
* Managed a team of at least 2-3 Health & Safety professionals
* Client facing experience
* Proven ability to deliver change
* Proven experience of being innovative in relation to Health & Safety
* Full UK drivers’ licence
Beneficial Criteria for the Regional Health & Safety Manager is as follows:
* Managed multiple business units
* Proven examples of innovation
* Training Qualification or Experience such as PTTLS
* Accident Investigation Training
