We have a clear and ambitious view of where we are as an organisation and where we need to get to; providing more homes for people who need them by running an efficient and successful business.
The business: Paradigm Housing provide quality homes for people who may otherwise not be able to access suitable housing on the open market and our Development Directorate which employs around 35 people is where it all starts. This is a great opportunity for you if you are looking for your second post-grad role in property or development, or maybe you have worked at a more senior level and you’d like to deploy your considerable experience but without the senior responsibilities or maybe you are in a similar role and you would like to work for a different organisation with a charitable focus? Whatever your reason/s, if you have the right qualifications, experience, skills and aptitude for the job we would like to hear from you.
We are G1/V1 rated by the Social Housing Regulator, 1 Star accredited from Best Companies and after receiving a credit rating of A+ from S&P (Standard & Poors) we have just issued a sustainable bond of £350m for investment in our existing properties and new developments.

You will be part of a larger team of land and planning professionals who will offer guidance and support and move your career to the next level – if that’s where you want to go.
Your regular contacts will be Homes England, Greater London Authority, local authorities, housebuilders, contractors, solicitors, architects, employer’s agents, auditors, our Management Team and Board Members and other colleagues across the business.

Negotiation skills are important as is familiarity with different types of building contracts and an understanding of legal contracts in relation to land acquisition.
A full driving licence and own transport are essential as travel to sites and other office locations is part of the role. Business mileage will be paid at prevailing rates (currently 45p per mile less home to work miles).
This is a great opportunity to join us at a time when you can have a real and personal impact on the future success of our business.
