About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall.
We're looking for an Recruiter to join our project working on an 80km stretch of the HS2 line.
In this role, you'll proactively source new candidates from a range of tools including job boards, social media and our bespoke ATS. You'll need to coordinate the recruitment process which includes raising requisitions, writing job advertisements, searching and speaking to candidates and arranging interviews.
You'll need to screen candidates to understand where they may fit into our business whilst also building and maintaining strong working relationships with Hiring Managers and the HR teams.
You will need to utilise our recruitment system to ensure our work is kept organised and we have tracked the candidate journey through our process. You'll also need to work collaboratively with the rest of the Recruitment Team to contribute towards identifying and implementing improvements to our process.

About The Candidate
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in the direct sourcing of candidates and high volume recruitment in an internal recruitment team or a leading recruitment organisation
Experience and working knowledge of the Civil Engineering or Construction industry
Strong telephone skills are needed for sourcing candidates
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Experience using Social Media as a recruitment tool
You must be a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise workloadsAbout The Company
