A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Confident, high performing individual to join Property services Reactive Repairs Scheduling team. The Purpose of this post is to ensure quality of delivery of repairs within the target time frame and ensure efficient and productive scheduling ensuring we are offering our residents the best service possible. The Successful candidate will need to be IT literate inclusive of word, Excel and outlook and be able to multitask and carry out daily Admin tasks promptly and efficiently, have an eye for detail, and be a team player.
