The Role:

A Quantity Surveyor is required for a regional office of one of the leading residential developers within the industry. You will most likely be site based assisting on a large scale mixed use project or potentially office based with site visits on smaller developments. Either way, you will be working closely with experienced individuals who will help you learn and progress, allowing you to reach your potential. You will undertake all typical duties associated with developers.

The Applicant:

Ideally you will already be in a directly similar role but a strong Assistant Quantity Surveyor may be considered. If not in the direct role, you will need to have the suitable experience. This role is open to the best of the best and you will need to show clear stability in your career history and progression. You may also be considered for the role if you have worked on smaller residential projects or managed multiple residential projects at a time.

The ideal candidate must have:

* Experience working on residential developments

* A strong understanding of the expectations of a Quantity Surveyor

* Worked for a leading residential Developer or potentially a Main Contractor will be considered.

* Further education such as a degree within Quantity Surveying.

It is desirable to have:

* Worked on large multi-phased projects
