The Company:

Our client a leading UK developer, are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a high achieving and dynamic team. The company is renowned for their high end traditional build and community focused work over decades.

The Role:

The position will take full responsibility of the commercial management and cost effectiveness of 3 developments with the head office based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all cost control procedures; periodically reporting to the executive team; process orders, payments and variations.

Salary:

£60,000 per annum + car allowance + bonus
