I am currently in need of a Project Surveyor for a main contractor based in the Bedfordshire area to work on an initial new build and then £6 million fit out of the Commercial unit.

Key duties will be – assisting in the management of variations & cost packages, CVR's, sub contractor procurement and cost analysis / forecasting. You will be reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor and will be able to work from the office with site visits.

My client are looking to pay between £55k – £65k (dependant on experience) basic plus a benefits package including car allowance, travel and pension with the position looking to start ASAP.
