Fawkes and Reece are assisting in the search for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a Main Contractor

working on a range of projects up to £30million including schools, healthcare and residential.

They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who is ambitious and ideally 1 project away from Senior and the next step in their career. You will be responsible for managing projects up to circa £30 million, and working with the wider commercial team. You will also have an assistant working with you.

You will ideally have at least 3 years as a Quantity Surveyor if looking to progress, or recently been made Senior Surveyor. Be able to run your own jobs from ground to complete and ideally from a strong developer or residential background.

In return you will receive a package of £60,000 + Car allowance and benefits.
