Fawkes and Reece are assisting in the search for a Quantity Surveyor for leading Main Contractor in Milton Keynes region.

They have delivered over £5billion in educational projects over the last 10 years and in have an annual turnover of £280billion. They continue to provide projects under frame work agreements and have strong client relationships resulting in repeat business.

You would be working alongside a experienced commercial team on predominately health care and education projects ranging from £5m – £30million working under a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The initial project will be based in Luton on a £32million school which is in the second phase and will shortly be starting demolition.

You will be ambitious and driven to develop your career with a stable career path ongoing training and development through out with the goal to be running your own projects in the short term future.

Ideally you will live in or close to Milton Keynes or be willing to travel for sites in Northampton, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Cambridge areas and come from a main contracting background.

In return you will be offered a Salary up to £55,000 + package including a car or car allowance, travel to site and further benefits.
