Quantity Surveyor – Top Tier Contractor
Quantity Surveyor – a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team delivering projects across the East & South Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on large-scale projects ranging from £5m to £60m.

The Role / Project:
In the role you may be tasked with managing the commercial activities on your own project or working under a Senior QS on larger schemes; the initial project is a healthcare development where the Quantity Surveyor will support a Senior QS to deliver this prestigious £15m development.
Key Duties:
– Conduct measurements and valuation of works
– Sub-contractor payments and variations
– Procure & manage sub-contractors
– Tender analysis and more

Salary & Package:
– Basic salary of £44,000 – £52,000 (Nego)
– Company car or allowance (£6,000)
