Quantity Surveyor – Milton Keynes

I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience with Industrial & Commercial, Steel frame and Cladding.

The Role

Working alongside the CM & PM on 2 or 3 Live projects, whilst working under their Managing Surveyor
Quantify materials
Valuations
Reports
Price/Cost work
Reporting into company directors/owners
Problem solving, planning and contract administration skills.Requirements

Preferably degree educated
Experience working on Industrial & Commercial buildsSalary and Benefits

Competitive basic salary circa £50k – £60k per annum
