Quantity Surveyor – subcontractor

They undertake a wide range of flooring schemes up to £5m in value across a range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, retail, education, residential and government buildings.
The role – Quantity Surveyor – Subcontractor
You will be joining the project division – looking after the commercial aspects of packages on construction schemes.
You will be overseeing procurement, applications, variations and CVR's
You will be out seeing clients 1-2 days a week
The right person – Quantity Surveyor
You will have 2 or more years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
You will be from a specialist subcontractor background or a main contractor background.
You will be technically proficient
You will be personable and client facing
You will be ambitious and enthusiastic
Salary up to £60k + car allowance £4k + 25 days holiday + pension
