An award-winning regional house builder is looking to add a commercially minded, ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their thriving Buckinghamshire based office.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the costs of several residential developments.

The role offers the opportunity for the engagement on multiple residential projects from tender preparation and negotiation right through to contract completion.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

Experience working with a main contractor or developer
Experience working on projects from start to finish
Experience working on residential projectsIn Return

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

£40,000 – £50,000
