QUANTITY SURVEYOR REQUIRED

We are currently looking for a high performing Quantity Surveyor for a tier 1 Civil Engineering Contractor based in Milton Keynes.

The ideal candidate for this Quantity Surveying role will have a RC Frame experience and has worked on multiple projects at one time. Our client is only interested in people who have longevity in their profile as they are looking to invest in their associates. 

Duties:

Liaise with all external & internal Stakeholders to enable site progression without delays

Cost Management

Provide clear information to the site teams

Prepare monthly internal values

Prepare monthly KPI reports

Ensure projects that the projects are managed in accordance with the contract and meet the required deadlines

Oversee Sub-Contract and procurement payments

Prepare Contractor orders for the Commercial Manager

Experience Required:

Able to utilise forms of contracts such as the NEC3 

Professional qualifications and/or membership of RICS

Ability to maintain and grow customer relationships

Proficient in a range of IT systems
