A leading, Project and Cost Management consultancy who work within the healthcare sector are seeking a driven and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join them in Bourne End.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a small Quantity Surveying team who work alongside an established Project Management team on projects up to £50m.

Working alongside the Director of Quantity Surveying, you will be involved in projects from inception to completion.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Preparing tender documentation and contracts
Cost planning and producing cost reports
Reporting into the Director of Cost Management
Liaising with stakeholdersThe Quantity Surveyor

3+ years cost management/ quantity surveying (consultancy) experience
MRICS or committed to the APC
Healthcare project experience would be preferable
Degree qualified
Good pre contract experience
Excellent communication skillsIn Return?

£35,000 – £45,000
