Our client, a Main Contractor, based in Milton Keynes, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The QS will be working among a team of Quantity Surveyors working in the commercial sector, with projects ranging from a small fit-out to a new-build industrial unit or warehouse.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience in a QS position in the construction industry with a knowledge of commercial projects. The QS will also need to be based within commuting distance of Milton Keynes and will need to be looking for a long term role.

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

Prior experience in a QS position
Must have a knowledge of commercial projects
Full driving licence
Based locally to Milton Keynes
Ideally hold a relevant degree Quantity Surveying or similar
Seeking a long term role

Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration

Salary: £40k – £45k (possibly more for a strong candidate)
