A Top Tier residential developer is looking to add a talented and driven Quantity Surveyor to their Milton Keynes office.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs relating to the company's New Build developments and may work on up to 3 projects simultaneously. Your focus will be to minimize the costs of a project and enhance profit margins whilst still achieving great quality and standards.

Responsibilities include:

Completing Subcontract orders and variations
Cost reporting and completing monthly CVR's
Budget control
Negotiation and analysis of sub-contractor packages
Site visits and attending site meetings
Subcontract payments, variations and final accountsThe Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

Experience working with a residential developer or contractor
Experience working on residential new build projects
Experience working on projects from start to finish
Experience using COINSIn Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

£45,000 – £55,000
