Quantity Surveyor

You will be responsible for liaising with clients from inception to completion on retail and education construction projects worth up to £10m. Assessing the project, evaluating costs and then agreeing this with the client.

Our client are a reputable construction consultancy operating out of 6 offices across the country. They offer CIF, principal contractor services, cost and project management, programme management, health & safety consultation and building consultancy.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role you must;

• Have recent, relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor on retail or education projects
• Be able to demonstrate longevity of service

Duration

This is a permanent role.

Location

Our client are based in Milton Keynes and offer flexible working.

Salary

Up to £60k per annum plus package including 35 days holiday and discretionary bonus
