A highly successful, award-winning Residential Developer are seeking a strong, commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with Residential experience to join their thriving team.

The role is office based which is located just outside Aylesbury with occasional site visits across the Home Counties so a full UK driving license is beneficial.

This developer is looking for a confident and capable Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team and work on several Residential New Build projects.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be someone who can come in and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have

Experience working in the Residential sector
A successful track record working on projects from inception to completion
Experience working with a main contractor or developerIn Return?

£40,000 – £55,000
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
