Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a specialist subcontractor with an annual turnover of £20M and growing significantly in this busy market.

Offering specialist subcontract service to facades, drylining, carpentry, joinery, painting, tiling and decorating our client offers a verity of packages to their tier one main contracting clients.

Due to an increase in work load our client is now looking for a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will be based in their office in Berkshire however will need to visit sites on a regular weekly basis and the site are located in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire consisting of residential new build.

You will be focused on the internal packages which will include finishing trades and drylining.

Quantity Surveyors will join a small and close knit team and be given plenty of mentorship and support in the role. Our client is also willing consider someone who is a strong Assistant Quantity Surveyor. You must be driven, focused and have ambition to grow in your role and with a company long term.
