Who you’ll be working for:

What you’ll be asked to achieve:

* Certify interim and final payments

* Assess and approve submission of project variations

* Identify, manage and reduce risks by utilizing company policy

* Provide commercial expertise to build teams

* Produce valuation certification

* Issue claims, and budgets and produce contract performance data

This role would suit someone with:

* At least 4 years Quantity Surveying experience

* Experience working on multiple projects at any one time

* Good knowledge of NEC contracts

* The ability to negotiate with suppliers

* Sound knowledge of spreadsheets and collating financial data

* Excellent presentation and report writing skills

* HND/HNC level (or higher) in relevant sector

* Background in telecoms, civil engineering or utilities
