We’re looking to recruit a Public Response Coordinator to join our Engagement Team based from Milton Keynes. In this role you can expect to lead on reporting and tracking of all engagement data and correspondence within the Stakeholder Relationship Management system (SRM). We would like you to support the roll out of the SRM including introductory training across the wider business.
We'd like you to support the Public Response Manager and the HS2 Complaints Team in meeting the KPI's for urgent construction-related complaints. You will also monitor the EKFB complaints and enquiries inbox which may also include monitoring at evenings and weekends.
You will assist the assessment of priority for complaints, investigating issues and enquiries and drafting responses. Regular communication will need to be kept up with the HS2 Helpdesk to ensure process is followed and response times are being met.
We would like you to work closely with the Public Response Manager to prepare reports and updates for the wider team as well as identifying opportunities for improvement.
About The Candidate
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven working experience in stakeholder engagement
Proven experience with dealing with enquiries and complaints in an effective and timely manner
Experience working with CRM / SRM systems, preferably Dynamics 365
Background knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
Experience in the construction or engineering industries
