We have a fantastic opportunity for a recent Graduate to join a very successful and growing organisation in the Buckingham area. You will ideally have a degree in Marketing/Business/English/Geography/History You will be a key member of the Proposals Team, providing support in all aspects and activities. Key Responsibilities:

Reading lots of documents nad producing concise reports
Keeping the information library and database up to date
Organising and managing document control
Support the team in the writing and production of documentation and proposals
Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations
Creation of tender files and contract files
Checking/filing of tender correspondence
Other administrative tasks required to support the team

Skills & Abilities required:

Degree educated – preferably Business / Marketing; History; Psychology; Geography or English Literature
Able to write concise reports on a range of topics
Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Access)
Excellent communication skills
Positive, enthusiastic and reliable
Works well under pressure, determined and competitive
Willingness to learn
Able to plan and prioritise workload
Able to work on own initiative and positively as a team member
