MBA are working exclusively with a global loss adjuster recruiting a remote Property Claims Handler based in the Milton Keynes area. As a property claims handler, you will manage claims from ‘cradle to grave’ ensuring their efficiently, quality and aligned to our client’s and insurance industry standards.

The Property Claims Handler will be responsible for:
Management of the end to end claims process
Understanding customer and client needs and ensuring claims are managed accordingly
Build relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Work to set KPIs and client SLAs
Promote honest feedback and continuously look to improve the claims handling process.

An eagerness to learn and develop themselves The Property Claims Handler would be at an advantage with:
Prior Insurance Experience, especially Claims Handling
Building or Property Claims – highly advantageous
