Project Quantity Surveyor

My client are an established national main contractor and this is an opportunity to work on one of their flagship projects. Established in 2000 and they now turnover £700m as a group. This vacancy is working with their Major Projects division headed out of London that work nationwide on prestigous and fascintaing projects.

The position is managing large packages ranging from £50k – £2m: managing sub-contractors through to final accounts and ensuring everything is commercially secure.

I'm looking for a well-rounded person who has experience managing large packages as above. You will have complete autonomy in this role and report into a Senior QS on site. You must be willing to work nationwide, your first site will be in Peterborough for 12 months and then a large project in Bedford.

Salary is negotiable and dependent on your experience
