Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS is required to commercially manage a new build supermarket with a value of c.£15.

Operating across a variety of sectors, the client has secured similar projects across the UK so can offer long term work coupled with career development opportunities for someone who can be flexible upon where they work.

Reporting into Director level you will be the lead QS on the project and be accountable for all commercial management function from procurement through to final account.

Whilst previous experience of delivering new build supermarkets would be ideal it is not essential as exposure to new build schemes (ideally with steel frames) including a full spectrum of groundwork packages would be transferable.

On offer for this Quantity Surveyor position is salary guide of c.£60,000 p.a. plus benefits package with full lodgings covered.
