Position: Project Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £58,500 – 68,500 + Package

Region: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Currently seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on an £14M new build scheme in Milton Keynes. The organisation is a main building contractor who has an excellent reputation in the construction industry for delivering quality schemes ranging from £5M to £50M in value. The company carry out work across all sectors; however their reputation is strong in the sectors of Commercial, Industrial, Distribution warehouses and Leisure.

Duties:

Letting of all Sub-Contract and Supplier packages
Sub-Contract account management
Final account settlement
Financial reporting
Costing and control of preliminariesCandidate Profile:

Construction background (JCT D&B experience required)
Previous experience in a similar role working on commercial / industrial schemes
Quality driven and trusted individual, self-starter
Able to maintain a high level of work quality against cost restraints
Proven track record on all forms of procurement
