I am currently in need of a Project 2 Quantity Surveyor for a residential housebuilder based in Milton Keynes. The Quantity Surveyor will be expected to undertake the lead on one of 2 projects based in Oxford or Stevenage.

The projects range between 40 to 85 houses and are new build brick and block houses.

Key duties will be – management of all variations & cost packages, CVR's, sub contractor procurement, cost analysis & forecasting and overall commercial delivery on both projects.

You will be reporting into a Managing Quantity Surveyor and will be able to work from the office with site visits.
