Project Manager required on a large scale infrastructure project in Milton Keynes. My client are an expert in developing land for high-specification construction. The right candidate will be a Project Manager with a track record of delivering schemes over £10Million in value from inception to completion.

Competencies:-

Minimum 5 years of management experience in a similar Civils/Infrastructure role.
Knowledge civil engineering and construction management processes, systems and standards.
Previous project experience working on earthworks, road construction, heavy civils
Excellent Communicator / interfacing skills.
Sound Commercial Acumen
Degree qualified or HNC and above.
SMSTS
Experience of managing the entire site, including Site Agents, Engineers and Commercial team members.
Management and control of all site staff.

Responsibilities:-

Overseeing the site team.
Overseeing the sub-contractors.
Management of the overall site from start to finish of the project.
Managing and running the update meetings with the Contracts Manager and Client Team.
Inclusion in the pre-construction side of the project.
Manage and Monitor Health & Safety.
