I am currently in need of a Project Manager to run a £10 million 70 unit residential modular project based in the Thames Valley area for a main contractor who operate within education, commercial, residential and healthcare sectors. There current turnover is in excess £80 million and they operate on projects that are a mix of D&B & traditional forms of contract ranging in value from £5 to £20 million.

Key duties will be –

Ability to lead a project upwards of £8 million and have multiple units experience

Co-ordinate trades and facilitate short term look ahead programmes and manage out, find and overcome problems with suitable solutions.

Basic drop line of contract programmes

Ability to write client and internal reports, and deliver them in progress meetings

Manage client and contractor relations

Essential experience needed –

Low to medium size Residential experience
Ideally have some exposure to modular projects both off & on site installation
ability to be able to client manage as well as have experience of managing trades at the same timeMy client are looking to pay a competitive salary up to £75k basic plus a benefits package including car allowance, travel and pension with the position looking to start ASAP so this could start initially as a temporary to permanent position.
