Project Manager – Infrastructure Specialist – Milton Keynes

This Residential Developer has an exceptional track record in major new build Residential projects across the UK. They have a wealth of experience and provide expertise across the residential New Build sector.
   
Due to continued success delivering complex major residential projects the business is growing and is actively looking to recruit a highly talented and experienced Infrastructure Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a highly experienced, quality focused Top ten Residential Developer client. For the right person there are clear opportunities for rapid progression. The right candidate will be operationally in charge of a large infrastructure phase of a major residential development.
  
Infrastructure Project Manager – Key Responsibilities:

Become familiar with group OHS&E Policies and procedures
Comply with company safety programmes and protocols
Asist with the documentation and filing of all safety records
Ensuring all TBT, RAMS are carried out and kept up to date including RAMs register
Conduct H&S training and briefings as required Infrastructure Project Manager – Key Skills and Experience:

10 years direct infrastructure major projects experience with a residential developer or main contractor delivering infrastructure projects
Proven Experience of delivering Bulk Earthworks, on & offsite utilities, highways, structures to include bridge installation
Experience of collaborative working contracts such as NEC4
Dealing with contracts and mitigating the impact of any issues
Exceptional people management skills
The ability to work at pace whilst ensuring the highest standards are met
Developing team members and delegating to ensure optimum efficiency.  Infrastructure Project Manager – Required Professional Qualifications:

CSCS
GCSE’s – Maths & English Grade C or above
Degree in Construction Management  Salary / Benefits

Salary:   £90k – £110k + Car allowance + Bonus + Package
Car Allowance / Company Car: £10k
