A large civil engineering contractor that specialise in Highways projects are searching for a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Due to an increase in workload in the Buckinghamshire area they require a Project Manager with sufficient Highways maintenance/upgrade experience to assist with projects in the area.

You will undertake a varied balance of projects from dual carriageway construction, maintenance, public footway and general upgrades for local authorities across the South-East.

This position would suit a Senior Site Engineer or Sub Agent level individual that has gained management experience and wants to take ownership the full project life-cycle. 

Some of your responsibilities would be:

To design, prepare and programme works for highways and other services

Maintaining high levels of H&S across all sites

Providing prompt and accurate updates to clients

Providing assistance with the team leader 

Ensure budget control and financial management is thorough

Liaising with greater site team

About you:

HNC/D or Degree in Civil Engineering

Sufficient experience within the Highways sector

Experience within a Sub Agent/Senior Site Engineer role
