Project Manager / Contracts Manager required

I'm recruiting for a UK based, nationally renowned Heating System & Heat Pump manufacturer. A brand with a unique service that covers fabrication, bespoke design and installation of renewable heating systems.

The business have aggressive growth plans for 2022, they're looking to recruit a Project Manager based in Milton Keynes / Luton / Northampton. You'll be the middle man between the client, estimators, design and on site team. Sites will be relatively similar, typically new build homes, social housing and local authorities spanning across Bedfordshire / Northamptonshire / Hertfordshire and parts of Buckinghamshire.

You'll manage on average 4/5 projects at once, Going to each site once a week to meet with onsite Supervisors and gather progress reports. As Project Manager / Contracts Manager you will not necessarily need to have a Heating or Plumbing background, just some experience dealing with gangs of subbies normally including borehole diggers, plumbers, heating engineers and groundworkers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Heating System / Renewables or Plumbing bias Senior Engineer, Supervisor, Project Manager or Contracts Manager with a strong site coordination background. Project Manager / Contracts Manager package:

£35,000 – £40,000 Salary (dependant on experience)

Commission / Bonus structure – Based on performance and set targets

Lives close to Northampton / Bedford / Milton Keynes

Willing to travel throughout Bedfordshire / Northamptonshire / Hertfordshire and parts of Buckinghamshire
