Global Engineering and Construction Consultancy are seeking to recruit an experience Project Manager. You will join the expanding construction team working new build projects such as: Mix Use Commercial, Residential, Education, Health.

The Role

* Run and manage the project to achieve a successful outcome and delivery

* Lead manage, work with: Designers, Engineers, Cost, Internal teams, Subcontractors, Building Control

* Oversea Health and Safety of teams

Required

* 4 years plus Project Management experience

* Projects in Construction ideally: Commercial, Residential, Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing.

* Degree, RICS accredited degree to MRICS or similar

* Strong people management skills

* Astute Commercial / Contract awareness

* Strong client facing skills

* Excellent communication skills
